Kelley Lee, MA, MPA, DPhil, FFPH, FCAHS, FRSC is Professor and Canada Research Chair Tier 1 in Global Health Governance in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Simon Fraser University (SFU), Canada. Her research focuses on collective action needs to address shared health risks in a globalized world. Prior to joining SFU in 2011, she was based at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine from 1992-2014 where, as Professor of Global Health Policy, she co-directed a WHO Collaborating Centre and led the Global Tobacco Control Research Programme. Lee also investigated the role of the WHO in international health cooperation. She currently leads the Pandemics and Borders Project on the use of travel measures for border management. She is also serving as a Commissioner on the NUS-Lancet Pandemic Readiness, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation (PRIME) Commission, and co-chairing a Royal Society of Canada-Canadian Academy of Health Sciences Expert Panel on Canada’s Role in Global Health.
