Dr. Adam Feltz is an award-winning researcher and Professor of Psychology at the University of Oklahoma. He is the co-author (with Edward Cokely) of a monograph Diversity and Disagreement: From Fundamental Disagreements to Ethical Interactions and over 80 peer-reviewed articles. He specializes in the theoretical and applied science of ethical decision-making. He is a global expert on the psychology and philosophy of ethical disagreement, best known for identifying fundamental philosophical biases in moral judgment. Dr. Feltz has authored more than 80 publications on topics ranging from decision biases in healthcare and finance to food manufacturing. His current research focuses on animal welfare policies and has been featured in legal cases, such as plant-based labeling litigation, and public policy discussions concerning endangered species. He is the co-recipient of the inaugural Animal Legal Defense Fund’s Animal Ally award.
