Joe Braidish is the founder and managing principal of Newbridge Services Group, a Colorado USA based consultancy specializing in transitions advisory and resilience-building services for global clients within the economic, nonprofit, and government sectors.  Working with an international network of affiliates, NSG helps build the capacity of its clients by designing and deploying action research projects, management consulting services, and education programs.  While addressing the classic dimensions of enterprise viability – strategy management, process and systems improvement, and organizational development – Joe and his group seek to advance more compassionate economies and more scalable, sustainable futures through a very deliberate focus on intentional economics, personal accountability, and sustainable, resilient community.

Following a 27-year career encompassing a variety of senior management roles within the digital telecommunications and medical products and services industries, Joe spent four years as the director of research and consulting services for the executive education arm of Indiana University’s highly ranked Kelley School of Business.  Subsequently, he served as a faculty partner to the Stayer Center for Executive Education at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, and as a partner of the Corporate and Executive Education Center within the Butler University College of Business.

Joe has spent the last 20 years managing Newbridge Services Group.  During this time, he has served also as the director of consulting and training for the consulting firm, Rummler-Brache Group, as an executive consultant within Pritchett LP’s Change Management and Merger Integration practices, as an affiliate consultant with Peter Block’s Designed Learning firm, and, under a retainer contract, as the executive director of the nonprofit All Together Now International.  Within NSG, a representative sampling of his clients includes: (1) Fortune 25, 500, and 1000 companies across six continents, as well as small business in the US and Canada; (2) Nonprofit organizations like Charles Schwab Charitable Foundation, The Nature Conservancy, and the University of Western Ontario Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry; and (3) Government departments in Singapore, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, and the US.

Joe’s work has earned him an appointment to the international committee for UK based, Reason in Practice; an affiliation with the Singapore Entrepreneurship Development Centre; a special advisor role within the Human Learning and Development Center at the University of Denver Research Institute; and inclusion in the 23rd edition of Who’s Who and in Who’s Who of Global Business Leaders.  He volunteers locally within his hometown of Boulder, Colorado, serving as a strategic-planning advisor to its city-wide Volunteer Cooperative, as a volunteer concierge for the public library’s annual Jaipur Literature Festival, and as a naturalist and trail guide for its Open Space and Mountain Parks System.
