Pamela Fuhrmann is a co-founder of the Conscious Leadership Institute, a boutique firm that offers leadership coaching, immersion retreats, workshops, and consultative engagements for global businesses and organizations. She is also a co-founder of the One Earth Leadership Consortium, a collective of purpose-driven companies that provide strategic leadership development opportunities for their leaders.

She is passionate about creating spaces for inquiry, exploration, and dialogue on the interdependency between human wellbeing and the health of the planet, and the role of leadership in creating a sustainable and just future.

She has nearly 20 years of experience in designing and facilitating unique learning journeys that foster individual and collective awareness, growth, and transformation. She holds a PhD in Depth Psychology and Mythology, an MEd in Educational Psychology, and certificates in Ecopsychology and Forest Therapy. She is also a certified Organizational Development and Leadership Coach and holds certifications in various coaching and developmental assessments.

After living in Europe for nearly five years, Pamela has resettled to the United States and now lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She enjoys reading, engaging in dialogue, and long walks in nature
