Geoff Deutsch spent over 30 years helping improve large healthcare and human service systems, including several of the largest for-profit healthcare companies.  Geoff has also worked to transform large non-profits  (e.g. John’s Hopkins , American Red Cross, United Way Worldwide Charity…) and as a volunteer, Geoff has supported hundreds of nonprofits in outcome improvements. Geoff retired as CEO of a United States Department of Defense (DoD) contractor- the largest provider of human services to Service Members/Military Families/Wounded Warriors.  In that role he worked closely with the senior leaders at DoD, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the White House to make quantum leaps forward in human services to the military community.  Most of Geoff’s work has dealt principally with overcoming the enormous change-resistance of people and systems.
